An Interim Brand and Landing Page for the RTW Holding Company
A tightly scoped brand and single-page website, built to show investors and Host Nations that Race The World is already in motion — without anticipating the fuller platform build to come.
grade.net.au

Production of an interim brand and website for the RTW holding company — a simple, refined package that gives Nigel and Hamid something credible to show investors and Host Nations ahead of the Middle East trip, without stepping into the fuller brand system and platform build that follows once funding is confirmed.

A refined single page introduction to the concept and opportunity.

Language Support — Phase 2 / Stretch

Not included in base scope. A hard-coded English/Arabic toggle for the landing page, sufficient for a single static page. Full i18n architecture deferred — it isn’t required at this scale, and can be built properly if and when the site grows beyond one page.

Deployment, Delivery & Maintenance

Priced and scoped separately from the brand and landing page work above. As Simon controls this side of things, we're happy to provide this support free of charge if he needs it.

Budget

We want this document to show we're coming to the party commercially, not just scoping the work.

Standard Rate

This scope of work would typically run three weeks at Grade's standard rate of $250 AUD per hour — approximately $30,000 AUD in total. Three weeks is achievable as a best-case timeline, and we're committed to pulling together whatever's needed on our side to make that happen ahead of 28 September.

Proposed Rate for Race The World

Given where we see this partnership going, we'd like to flat-rate this piece of work at $10,000 AUD (approximately £5,000 GBP at current exchange rates) — a reduction of roughly two-thirds on our standard rate.

Why We're Pricing It This Way

This reflects genuine goodwill for where we see this partnership heading, not just a one-off September transaction. At the same time, the flat rate is set to cover Grade's hard costs on the work, so we can commit the right time and people to get this right ahead of the Middle East trip.
